Please stay tuned I just signed up today for the HMR diet program. This is a program I used many years ago. I was sucessful while in the box. My dad passed away and I became very depressed and began eating all sorts of things again. Now it is time for me to take control and begin my life again. This time I will not be attending the center, just doing this from home. I know if I can stay in the box and just eat what is in my program I will be fine. My life is a little less hectic now, so I am going to be successful. I will post again when the shipment of products arrive at my home.
